Thinking of Selling?
Now is a great time to sell, the housing market has completely switched to a sellers market. The average price of a home in North Vancouver is 888,000 dollars. Many incoming buyers are trying to take advantage of the low interest rates to get the most from they're money. The market recovery has started from the bottom up, which means that the lower priced properties are moving much faster than the properties over a million dollars that are often out of reach of your average person. There are a number of key factors in getting your property sold at the best price, quickly and with minimum hassle. The average home is taking 34 days to sell right now. My average time to get a home sold is 3 weeks. I ensure your property is marketed well to maximize its exposure to other real estate agents and the public. These are some of the steps I take in Marketing your home:
I maximize it's exposure on the internet, through my own website and many others in addition to the MLS. I advertise in the North Shore News as well.
I hire professional photography including a Virtual Tour, which is an excellent tool for holding an internet Open House.
I email this tour and pictures to agent's and potential buyers.
I do all showings myself to ensure that the home is shown in its' best light.
I am a big believer in Open Houses and will hold them every other weekend plus my own Prudential Sussex Agent's Opens and Agent Opens for all offices on the North Shore. I have sold many properties via Open's and am a firm beliver in they're ability to assist in getting your home sold.
I love to negotiate and represent the seller every step of the way. This is what one seller had to say about me:
"I knew what I wanted and Jacquie helped me achieve those goals, both in selling my home and purchasing a new house in a different area. I would highly recommend Jacquie for all your real estate transactions."
