Thinking of Selling?
Now is a more challenging time to sell. The market is essentially a buyers market, which means that it is even more important to de-clutter and stage your home to sell. The average price of a home in North Vancouver is 888,000 dollars. Many incoming buyers are trying to take advantage of the low interest rates to get the most from they're money. Right now the interest rates are still low which means that buyers will still be looking at getting into the market. There will always be those people that are interested in moving up to a better home, and they want to take advantage of the low interest rates as well. There are a number of key factors in getting your property sold at the best price, quickly and with minimum hassle. The average home is taking 54 days to sell right now. My average time to get a home sold is 3 weeks. I ensure your property is marketed well to maximize its exposure to other real estate agents and the public. These are some of the steps I take in Marketing your home:
I maximize it's exposure on the internet, through my own website and many others in addition to the MLS. I advertise in the North Shore News.
I hire professional photography which is an excellent way of show casing your home to its best advantages.
I do all showings myself to ensure that the home is shown in its' best light.
I am a big believer in Open Houses and will hold them every other weekend plus my own Prudential Sussex Agent's Open's and Agent Open's for all the real estate offices on the North Shore.
I love to negotiate and represent the seller every step of the way. This is what one seller had to say about me:
"I knew what I wanted and Jacquie helped me achieve those goals, both in selling my home and purchasing a new house in a different area. I would highly recommend Jacquie for all your real estate transactions."
